These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website, software, mobile applications, and all services provided by LearnSiksha (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Platform”).

By accessing or using LearnSiksha, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to LearnSiksha, including the website, web app, mobile app, and all related services.

  • “User” means anyone using the Platform — schools, administrators, teachers, students, parents, and staff.

  • “School” refers to the institution or organization that subscribes to LearnSiksha.

  • “Content” means data, text, files, documents, messages, and materials uploaded or shared on the platform.

  • “Subscription” refers to the plan purchased to access LearnSiksha services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using LearnSiksha, you:

  • Confirm that you are legally authorized by your school or institution

  • Agree to abide by all rules, policies, and laws

  • Accept the Privacy Policy governing your data usage

If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Eligibility

To use LearnSiksha:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an administrative or teacher account.

  • Student accounts must be created or approved by the school or parent.

  • Schools are responsible for verifying the identity and authorization of their users.

4. License to Use the Platform

LearnSiksha grants users a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Platform for school-related purposes.

Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software

  • Sell, lease, sublicense, or misuse any part of the platform

  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Use the platform ethically and legally

  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use

Schools are responsible for:

  • Managing user access

  • Ensuring compliance with data protection laws

  • Monitoring the accuracy of all uploaded data

6. Subscription, Payment & Renewal

6.1 Subscription Plans

LearnSiksha operates on a subscription basis. Features vary depending on the plan selected by the school.

6.2 Payments

  • Fees must be paid in full according to the selected plan

  • All payments are non-refundable unless specified in an active refund policy

  • We may update pricing with prior notice

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled with prior notice. Schools are responsible for managing renewal preferences.

7. Data & Privacy

Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Schools retain ownership of their data but grant LearnSiksha permission to process, store, back up, and manage the data to deliver the service.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Uploading Content

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to upload the material

  • It does not violate copyright laws

  • It does not contain viruses, malware, harmful code, or illegal content

We may remove content that violates these terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, inject malicious code, or overload the platform

  • Access other users’ data without authorization

  • Impersonate any person or organization

  • Use the platform for political, illegal, or harmful activities

  • Attempt to bypass security or payment systems

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension.

10. Availability & Downtime

We strive for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Possible causes of downtime include:

  • Maintenance

  • Server updates

  • Third-party provider issues

  • Internet or network disruptions

  • Security incidents

We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI, graphics, features, branding, logos, and content belong to LearnSiksha.

Users may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Redistribute

  • Claim ownership of LearnSiksha intellectual property

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • A user violates terms

  • A subscription expires or payment fails

  • Illegal or fraudulent activity is detected

  • The platform is misused or damaged

Schools may request deletion of their data upon termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

LearnSiksha is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data beyond our security measures

  • Mistakes caused by incorrect data entered by the school or user

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • School management decisions based on platform data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 6 months.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold LearnSiksha harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Violation of terms

  • Uploading harmful or illegal content

  • Unauthorized access or sharing

15. Modifications to the Platform

We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the platform.

Users will be notified of major changes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Changes will take effect once posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kanpur Nagar / Uttar Pradesh
